The Department of Health certifies hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, hospices and home care agencies and publishes each facility with its type, operator and operating certificate.

Listed in the Department of Health file. An operator named as a person is not shown.

### What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers
and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
